Job Title: Medical Information Specialist
Location(s): Titusville, NJ (hybrid)
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
This position is for a frontline therapeutic specialist who will be responsible for engaging healthcare professionals across all therapeutic areas in rich clinical dialogue by responding to unsolicited medical inquiries. Specialist may provide ad hoc customer support in the form of clinical discussions and/or literature search analysis. They will also assist with omnichannel processing and daily reconciliation support. Responsibilities also include compliance intake/reporting by identifying and documenting adverse event(s) and/or product quality complaint(s). Specialist may interact with business partners external to the MISE.

- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Work in both a team setting and as an individual contributor.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Advanced degree in Pharmacy (PharmD).
- Demonstrated ability to verbally communicate scientific information to healthcare professionals.
- Experience managing complexity and ability to work independently.
- Excellent computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent analytical skill to identify gaps and root causes of issues and think out of the box to develop a solution.
- Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision to meet tight deadlines.
- Medical writing experience and proven ability to conduct literature searches.
- Experience developing responses to scientific inquiries from healthcare professionals and/or consumers.
